The pad is made out of natural, anti-bacterial materials, like wool felt and lambskin. We recommend to brush out the lambskin regularly with a lambskin brush. Similar to classic western pads, you can clean the top surface and underside gently with a sponge and cold water. Please remove the memory foam inserts before using any water. Lambskin can be ordered with velcro for a surcharge.

No, very round-backed, massive horses with a lot of back muscles definitely don’t need it. However, practical experience has also shown positive effects with these horses – and the pad is of course stylish in any case.
