I have fully read, understood and accepted the following disclaimer: The horse owner or rider, or the contractual partner, hereinafter referred to as the person acting on site, expressly acknowledges that dealing with horses always involves an incalculable risk that can lead to injury to people, objects, or the horse itself. All horse training exercises, tips, and techniques presented by Johanna Thanheiser are to be evaluated solely on one's own responsibility at all times and, if necessary, omitted or re-evaluated on-site together with knowledgeable professionals (horse trainers, veterinarians, horse physiotherapists, etc.) or modified under their responsibility. The exercises presented are expressly not aimed at beginners in equestrian sports, but rather at knowledgeable, experienced riders or trainers who already have advanced knowledge of dealing with horses, assessing horse risks, and riding. Participants in online lessons and the online course are aware that riding and handling horses is a risky sport and that horses can react potentially dangerously at any time. All horses, even well-behaved ones, but especially young, skittish, and traumatized horses with poor previous experience, pose an increased risk potential, which only the person acting on-site can assess, as only they have comprehensive insight into the current risk situation.
